How does neurodivergence show up in the therapy room

The way that neurodivergence is represented in diagnostic manuals and in therapy training may not be a good guide to how neurodivergence may show up in the therapy space.

Therapists are not necessarily supported in their training to understand the lived experience of neurodivergence which can feel and look quite different from the way it is often incorrectly described in the media and also in diagnostic manuals.

Based upon our team’s research into neurodivergent client experiences of therapy this webinar will offer a practical guide to where neurodivergence may be relevant, what it could look like and how you might best support your clients bearing in mind many are not formally diagnosed.
