Neurodivergence and self-employment

Being self-employed is a key way many of us neurodivergent people make the adjustments we need in the workplace possible.

It can also be a way of working with our individual mission/what makes us tick.

However, while there is the possibility of making the adjustments we need, self-employment can come with ‘serious’ red tape and admin as well as other challenges that may mean that it is not entirely the dream scenario for us.

In this webinar, we will talk about common challenges we have seen with self-employment and will help you think about good ways for you to put in place the supports that would help even now that accessing support from Access to Work is much harder.
