Neurodivergence and wellbeing

We know that neurodivergent people are much more likely to suffer from anxiety and depression than neurotypical people due to the challenges of living in a world designed for different brains.

Behavioural and substance addictions, eating challenges, and other difficulties can be more likely too and yet sometimes the standard supports offered to neurodivergent people for these challenges may not cover what they need or help us to understand ourselves.

This webinar will help neurodivergent people and professionals supporting neurodivergent people to understand what can be behind anxiety and social anxiety, feeling low (or unable to move forward), and the overwhelm and burnout that are, sadly, also common features for many neurodivergent people.

We will also cover the types of strategies that can be useful so that neurodivergent people can create strategies that work for them and their nervous system.
