Neurodivergence at work: adjustments, burnout and career progression

  • Acorn to Oak Education Online (map)

Many neurodivergent adults thrive at work when the right support is in place.

This webinar explores reasonable adjustments, workplace advocacy, Access to Work, leadership, career progression and strategies for preventing burnout while maintaining wellbeing. Many of us identify as neurodivergent in adulthood and may not find it easy to know what we need or how to explain it in an affirming way.

We will talk about creative ways to put the support in place that you need while working with workplace systems and constraints. We'll also cover how to advocate for yourself in a relational way that does not disrupt working relationships.

Ideal for: Neurodivergent adults, employers, HR professionals and coaches
