Getting Back on Track When You’ve Run Out of Steam

£5.00

When you’re burnt out, stuck, or overwhelmed, even the smallest tasks can feel impossible. This recorded webinar is a gentle, practical space to help you reflect, reset, and start moving forward without pressure or guilt.

Whether you’re a parent, carer, or neurodivergent adult, it’s common to find yourself running on empty. In this session, we help you understand what’s behind your stuckness and offer realistic strategies to rebuild energy, break things down into manageable steps, and reconnect with what works for you.

Led by Silja Turville, a BACP-accredited counsellor, and Kate Champion, a specialist ADHD coach, this session brings together mental health expertise and neurodivergent-informed coaching to support you with insight, warmth, and practical tools.

Helping 16-24 year olds out of education, training and the workplace

1 in 7 16-24 year olds are currently out of education, training or the workplace (NEET) and our Together programme offers flexible, specialist one to one support each week for young people to help them get unstuck and taking steps towards building their future.

We provide one to one mentoring either at home or in the community with a specialist mentor to help the young person to think about the future and start to work towards their own goals. We offer individual wellbeing coaching or therapeutic support weekly as well and meet with the young person’s family or supporters every other week too.

We accept referrals from young people, community organisations or settings, local authorities and families throughout the year.
